Sunday School
Sunday School is the church organized. What it needs to be is the church mobilized. Our Sunday School strategy and theme is One More. Growth requires intentionality and hard work. Paul writes: “I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.” (1 Cor. 3:6, HCSB) Make no mistake about it; God grows our churches. In addition, He has chosen to use us as His instrument in growing His Kingdom and His Church. As a church or as a believer, we cannot become content with where we are. We have to always be looking for the next ONE. The next lost person, the next leader, the next member; well, you get my point.
The Starfish Story

One day a man was walking along the beach when he noticed a boy picking something up and gently throwing it into the ocean. Approaching the boy, he asked, “What are you doing?” The youth replied, “Throwing starfish back into the ocean. The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back, they’ll die.” “Son,” the man said, “don’t you realize there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? You can’t make a difference!”
After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it back into the surf. Then, smiling at the man, he said…” It made a difference for that one.”
We can make a difference. One More is more than just a theme or strategy, it is God’s heart cry to our churches to reach one more. My prayer is that our heart will never be satisfied; that we will always be looking for that next one. One More is a constant reminder of what could be and what we all should be working for. Coaching Strategy – This new strategy brings together the best of church growth principles and the personal background and experience of a Coach to guide your church to not only make a plan to grow your church, but to execute it as well. The Coaching Strategy asks five questions:

2. Where do you want to be? (Setting goals)
3. What are you willing to do to get there (Action plans)
4. Did you do it? (Accountability)
5. How did that go? (Evaluation)
