The Louisiana Baptist Convention Church Site Corporation assists churches and associations in acquiring new church sites for new developing mission churches. This may involve providing grants, loans, receiving and holding gifts of property from individuals, churches, or associations, and purchasing property.
The Mission Builder Program was begun in 1980 for the purpose of providing low cost first unit buildings for mission churches in Louisiana. The program provides consultation to existing mission churches, to sponsoring churches that house mission congregations in their buildings, and to assist upon through the Missions and Ministries Office, LBC.
Services of the Mission Builder Program are approved through the Missions and Ministries Office, LBC and are provided through grants from the Georgia Barnette State Missions Offering and the Cooperative Program.

"The Louisiana Mission Builders is a great ministry that provides a much needed service to new churches. New churches cannot afford to build adequate facilities without ministries such as this one. Our church has grown quickly and needed a facility to allow for continued growth. The Louisiana Baptist Builders brought the experience and the knowledge that allowed our church to not only have a facility adequate to house our church, but to allow us to grow in ministry." Kirk Jones, Pastor of Fellowship Church, Prairieville, LA
